A limited tasting experience by Chef Braxton, presenting six courses that explore seasonality, craft, and quiet refinement.
The tasting menu is an evolving expression of the season and may change without notice as Chef Braxton selects ingredients at their peak. Each week's menu reflects what is freshest and most inspiring in the market, ensuring no two evenings are ever quite the same.

Reservation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our guests, all reservations must be made online through our official reservation platform Open Table.
We are unable to accept reservations by phone, or social media messages. Booking online allows you to view real-time availability, receive instant confirmation, and make any adjustments to your reservation with ease.
Walk-ins are always welcome and will be seated based on availability.
To confirm all reservations at Marlow East, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking; for dinner reservations, a $70 per person authorization applies, and for lunch reservations, a $35 per person authorization applies. We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings: cancellations or changes in party size made less than 24 hours before the reservation time, as well as no-shows, may incur the applicable per-person fee ($70 for dinner / $35 for lunch). By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Please note that our dress code is business casual. While we absolutely love team spirit, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing sportswear — including jerseys, gym attire, athletic sneakers, shorts, or any clothing that falls outside a polished, business casual look.Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry.
